Our room was great, very clean. We were traveling with our toddler son and due to a situation arrived very late at night, the girl at the reception was awesome. She made our check-in very quick and we had well rest after tiring journey. She also gave us the options to choose our breakfast for tomorrow. We picked our breakfast and it was hot and very yumm. Had a great stay here. Within walking distance to many fast food and sit down restaurants which was very convenient. There is also a Safeway very close by! Very friendly customer service. Pool was under maintenance but it was not a big deal for me at all. They disclosed that on their website and in person offered another option, but I was traveling solo and just wanted to eat and sleep. The bed was SUPER comfortable. Idk if I was just really tried, but once I sat in it, I did not get out until late the next morning. I don't think there were many people staying there at the time, so even though it's located off the main drag, there wasn't much noise! Breakfast buffet is offered at tbe Indian restaurant next door. They used real eggs, not the liquid powdered stuff, and offered different types of hot tea, yogurt, juice and a special Chai. Very clean and nice hotel room. The shampoo lotion etc provided for customers was amazing quality. Huge thanks to the service staff and reception staff for their help and extra effort. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my luggage back which I accidentally left at the hotel during my stay. The staff was extremely helpful and kind to get it shipped back to me.
